TRAINING COLLAR- Not a bark collar

Used this collar to help train my 7 year old lap dog who refused to listen to my hubby or kids. (He loves me🤣) He would run from them when they took him potty, or go chasing after deer- even across the road! My husband was worried he would get hit, so he bought this to teach him to come when called. It has 3 features; sound, vibrate, and 2 levels of shock. The sound is usually all it takes to get him back to focusing on the command given. Only once has my hubby had to shock him, and he hasn't tried to cross the road since. The battery lasts forever on the collar, and is easily recharged. The remote has a safety feature that locks the buttons to keep it from accidentally going off while in your pocket. Great purchase! Really effective, good value, long lasting. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who has a stubborn adult dog that's unmotivated by treats.

Samson the Destroyer

Our dog Samson (a male Rottweiler) is the most hard headed, difficult to train, garbage eating, deer crap eating canine we've ever owned. All that had to be said before this review continued.The collar is like a inanimate object angel of gory sent to our home! The vibration, sound, and two shock settings give you plenty of options for whichever is best for your blockhead!Disclaimer: If you don't think the shock settings are working and you try to hold it and apply a shock, be sure to turn the shock level WAYYYYYYYYY down before you do. Otherwise you'll send that collar into the earth like Thor's hammer and it will take awhile for the feeling in your hand to return.Turns out that our guy just isn't fazed by shock, the vibrate and sound does the trick for him.Happy training!

The Best Training Collar

I have had this collar for 1 year now and I love it! I had a box/collar originally for our dog to keep him in the yard so he was already familiar with the beeping sound on that collar as a warning that he was getting close to the boundary of the box. The battery life on the collar is excellent and I've went 1 week in between chargings. There was a time when it seemed the collar wasn't charging but I had to take q-tips to just clean the metal slots where the prongs of the charger goes in. There are times where I feel the shock isnt phasing my dog but I think it has to do with the collar being charged enough for it because when the collar is fully charged the shock does get his attention. Our dog is permanently outdoors but weve been letting him inside more, especially during the winter months and he is such a well behaved boy all thanks to the Jugbow collar. I'm overall very happy.
