The battery last forever. I charge mine once a month and use it often: walk CY once/twice a day, outside yard play for hours with the collar on] Drove across the USA on 1 charge leaving it on almost entire ride. It¡¯s convenient and safe since CY hasn¡¯t reacted negatively toward any setting (sound,vibrate, zap, zap zap) great training tool I have a 20ft & 40ft leash and the collar worked fine. It¡¯s been wet a few times and there seems to be no change in the device¡¯s abilities.

I charged it one full-time since I bought it at least over a month ago and it is still going strong, the range is very far my stubborn two-year-old mastiff mix was constantly running away. It has changed the game for us! Cheap and effective! There are four options volume which beeps pretty loud, a vibrate option, and a shock and then a super shock button. You can have more than one dog for one remote you can just switch from channel to channel love it the minute that the colors on him, my dog knows to behave! lol
