1. Skin contact is essential for the shock mode to function effectively. When using shock mode, make sure the metal tip is in direct contact with the skin below the dog's neck. Adjust the collar length to what is most comfortable for your dog. A thumb's distance is recommended
2. If your dog's hair is long and dense, use long contact points and make sure they are in direct contact with the dog's skin.
3. Each dog's tolerance level is different, the shock mode has 0-99 levels, you can adjust
the level according to your dog's reaction.
